The customer is a leader in the production of ophthalmic lenses and its purpose is contacting opticians over the italian territory to launch the new range of lenses and to arrange a meeting with a supervisor to test the new product. Koiné organized, together with the customer, the communication plan and managed it both with outbound calls and with a mailing activity (DEM) focused on the launch of the new range of lenses. Moreover, Koiné took also care of the web marketing campaign in order to raise the visibility of the website and the DB population.
The customer is a leader company in the satellite protection field and its purpose is promoting a new product and all the services related to it. Koiné spotted and defined the product groups which could be mostly interested in the product and in the offered services, qualified the databases provided by the customer and took care of the commercial agenda management.
